Leelanau Press

The Leelanau Press was established in 2000 by Barbara and Frank Siepker and Suzanne Wilson. It is a non-profit publishing company which exists solely to publish Leelanau County writers and artists. It also hires Leelanau County book designers and editors and chooses printers within the midwest. All book sale proceeds go towards funding future books.

In 2012 it published Painting the Magic of Sleeping Bear Country by Hank Feeley.

In 2013, it will publish the Art of Sleeping Bear Dunes in conjunction with a juried exhibit of the paintings at the Dennos Museum. A Call for Entries due October 19, 2012 is available for downloading on the Dennos Museum website and here.
